Gamuda Land’s maiden township project in Vietnam is Gamuda City, which sits on a sprawling 500ha site. Located just 6km from Hanoi’s old CBD, Gamuda City, which will be developed in phases, has five precincts: Gamuda Gardens, Gamuda Central, Gamuda Plaza, Gamuda Lakes, and Yen So Park.

Gamuda’s second project in Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City, is Celadon City. The integrated development sits on an 82ha site.

Celadon City is the second township developed by Gamuda Land in Vietnam.
